Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All of our products are handcrafted and made to order. Because of this, processing times are longer than mass-produced products.

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Standard processing time is 2–6 weeks before shipment, depending on current order volume and the complexity of your order.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will update customers as soon as possible.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these processing times.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the carrier selected at checkout.

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

Delivery

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist by providing shipment documentation or helping initiate a carrier claim when possible.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Other events outside of our control

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or returned because it was unclaimed, refused, or an incorrect address was provided, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply if the customer requests the order to be shipped again.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
